Meet the Team

  • John J. Germain

    OWNER and MANAGING MEMBER

John has over two decades of executive experience leading cybersecurity for global organizations across multiple industries. He has built several security programs from the ground up and spent his career defending organizations against ever-evolving cyber threats. He has managed teams of all sizes, collaborated with law enforcement, and presented to boards on how a strong security program can make a critical difference.

Over the years, he has seen how even well-resourced companies can struggle to stay ahead of attackers and how small businesses, with fewer resources and little in-house expertise, are often left dangerously exposed. He founded Security Moments to close that gap, offering an affordable, practical, and easy-to-understand approach to cybersecurity that was designed specifically for small businesses. Through step-by-step guides and plain-language training, Security Moments helps business owners and their teams take control to defend against today’s most common cyber threats.
